江波,湖南省浏阳市人,研究生学历,硕士学位(2004年6月于华东理工大学毕业),讲师职称,2015年7月从杭州职业技术学院调入我院经济与贸易分院电子商务专业担任专任教师(事业编制)。

2016年2月23日,学院结束寒假恢复上班,江波未返校报到。经贸分院通过多次电话沟通告知其必须返校履行本职工作,但江波仍没有及时返校接受相关工作安排,也没有履行请假手续或提出书面离职申请,极大程度影响了分院教学的正常开展,造成了不良影响。2月26日,学院人事部门与江波进行面谈,明确告知其按照《事业单位人事管理条例》(国务院令第652号)第四章第十五条规定,“事业单位工作人员连续旷工超过15个工作日,或者1年内累计旷工超过30个工作日的,事业单位可以解除聘用合同。”谈话后,江波仍未按学院相关制度办理请假手续,也未向学院递交书面辞职申请。3月18日,人事部门再次电话通知江波,其已连续旷工超过15个工作日,学院将按规定解除与其的聘用合同,江波未表示有异议。现按照《事业单位人事管理条例》第四章第十五条规定,学院决定对江波予以解聘。
